Pop Italy Tecnich White Bleaching Cream Low Ammonia - 250ml

Pop Italy Bleaching Cream, is an innovative anti-yellow effect hair cream bleach, highly protective, with low ammonia content, with fragrant fruit essences, completely non-irritating to the respiratory tract. 

The cream is enriched with protective oils and waxes, wheat germ, emollients and moisturisers, so as to leave the hair shiny and soft even after the lightening treatment. 

The lightening capacity varies according to the hair colour, the volumes of oxidising cream used and the laying times. 

Results: Lightens hair up to 9 tones, without altering the hair fibre and without drying the hair, thanks to the oils and protective waxes contained. Contains wheat germ that feeds the hair fibre. Leaves hair shiny and soft. Anti-yellow effect. It smells great. 

It makes the creation of discoloration healthier because our Colouring Cream is totally free of the fine volatile powders present in all normal powder discolorants, causing irritation in the early respiratory tract. 

Complete absence of ammonia odours.

HOW TO USE

Mix 30 g of Deco Cream with 45 ml of cream oxidant. Deco cream can be used with a variety of methods: foil, comb, spatula.

Laying times range from a minimum of 20 to a maximum of 45 minutes. The use of a dry heat source reduces installation times.
