FMGF undertakes to deliver to the address communicated by the customer in the purchase order, through the carrier indicated during the purchase.
FMGF cannot be held responsible for errors in delivery due to inaccuracies or incompleteness in the completion of the purchase order by the customer.
DELIVERY TIME
FMGF carries out deliveries throughout the European territory, usually within 4-5 working days.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The buyer has the right to return any product within 14 days of purchase.
If the customer decides to return the purchased products, he must contact the Assistance, which will send the prepaid label, to be printed and applied on the package, to make the return.
The return cost will be deducted from the refund of the order, except in the case of return reasons attributable to FMGF (eg incorrect or damaged product).
FMGF will reimburse the sums paid by the customer during the purchase, upon receipt of the return at its warehouses, subject to verification of suitability.
FMGF will be entitled to withhold part or all of the refund in the event of non-compliance of the return (e.g. used / damaged product / not corresponding to what was purchased)
